May 25-30, 2024: Notification of abstract acceptance & invitation to submit a full length paper (optional). A limited number of abstracts will be invited by SBEC program committee to submit full-length manuscripts for publication in the peer-reviewed Journal of Biomedical Science Instrumentation (IAE Publisher).
June 30, 2024: Submission of manuscripts closes (11pm CST USA)
July 12, 2024:-Last day for Pre-Registration closes (11pm CST USA)
July 10, 2024: Notification of acceptance of full-length manuscripts
